1. Introduction
Welcome to DigiVuo, a Digital Health Check tool developed as part of the IKAPO Project at the University of Oulu. By accessing or using this tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the tool.
2. Description of Service
DigiVuo is a free, non-commercial digital assessment tool designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Oulu region identify digitalization opportunities. The tool matches your self-reported business challenges with student-led technology projects offered through the IKAPO Project.
This tool is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Results and project recommendations are generated based on general patterns and do not constitute professional consulting, technical, or business advice.
3. Eligibility
This tool is intended for use by business owners, managers, and decision-makers of SMEs operating in Finland — particularly in the Oulu region. There are no age restrictions, but the tool is designed for professional use.
4. User Responsibilities
By using DigiVuo, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when completing the assessment and contact form.
- Use the tool only for its intended purpose — discovering digitalization opportunities for your business.
- Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the tool or its underlying infrastructure.
- Not submit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, branding, and code of the DigiVuo tool are the intellectual property of the IKAPO Project and the University of Oulu, unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this tool without prior written consent.
6. No Warranties
DigiVuo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The IKAPO Project, the University of Oulu, and contributing students make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the tool or its recommendations.
In particular, we do not guarantee that:
- The tool will be available at all times without interruption.
- The project recommendations will perfectly match your business needs.
- Any specific outcome or benefit will result from participating in recommended projects.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, the IKAPO Project, the University of Oulu, and the student developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use this tool — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
8. Data Collection & Privacy

10. Modifications
